Samuel Calvin Joseph is a Stellar Award-nominated bassist, educator, and content creator known for his soulful touch, deep groove, and unwavering commitment to musical excellence. A graduate of Berklee College of Music and with a foundation deeply rooted in gospel music, Samuel has had the honor of performing with an array of acclaimed artists including Kelontae Gavin, Dorinda Clark Cole, Doobie Powell, Phil Thompson, Maverick City Music, Jekalyn Carr, Jubilee Worship, and Pastor Dalton Hill. His work in these collaborations reflects both technical precision and a passion for spiritual impact.

Samuel continues to shape the sound of modern gospel through live performance, studio sessions, and mentorship. He is the founder of Low End Gospel, a growing educational platform dedicated to equipping bassists with the tools, mindset, and inspiration to thrive in gospel and worship settings. He feels the burden to encourage musicians to push the bar, growing musically and spiritually.
